Welcome to "Classic Homes".

I am excited to introduce a new specialty to my residential real estate business--"Classic and Historic Homes."   Classic Homes are homes that have architectural features that are in line with Historic Homes, but are newer.  Historic Homes are considered to be those homes that are 50 years older or more.  There are many homes built after this time period that stand out from the ordinary.  They have a sense of style and an elegance about them that set them apart from other homes.  There is a feeling to a Classic Home.  You know you have stepped into one when you are met with architecural features reminiscent of older homes with design features that set them apart.
